We work in a needs-oriented manner, meaning that we are constantly faced with the issue of adapting to changing problems and requirements. We therefore recognize early on which offers need to be developed.
In these times when the development of cooperation agreements and the careful accessing of synergy effects are gaining in significance, the Leuchtfeuer Foundation is developing stable systems of collaboration with suppliers and institutions in various fields of work. As a result, solutions can be developed in complex care and support situations which would often be impossible for one institution alone to achieve.
The Leuchtfeuer Foundation sees itself as a platform for social and socio-political re-orientation. The future problems of the up-and-coming generations are particularly significant in this respect.
As a result, we aim to network with partners from society and the world of business. We want to take advantage of the wide range of synergy effects to promote a broad public exchange about youth welfare and social support as well as establishing new cooperations and developing new ideas for financing education.
